Charisma: 0 , Pace: 6 , Parry: 7 +2 from front& left w/shield, Toughness: 5/15 + 4 from front & left Ranged w/shield (10 points of Heavy Armor when active)
Hindrances: Heroic(Major), Overconfident(Major), Doubting Thomas(minor), Weakness[Magic](minor)

Edges: Arcane Background (Super Powers), Attribute up (Strength), The Best There Is(able to use 1/2 of PP on 1 power instead of ⅓), Super Karma(+5 PP), Rich (x3 starting resources, 150,000 yearly salary)

Background:
While investigating a meteor with her best friend they both fell into the crater, she blacked out after the fall as she saw glowing orange lights flow from the meteor into herself. She awoke in the hospital two days later perfectly healthy only to find her friend had lost the use of his legs from the fall. Soon afterwards she discovered that the glowing lights had given her strange new powers. She confided this in her friend who worked with her to test her limitations and eventually convinced her to become a hero.
New to the Hero scene she has not yet chosen whether or not to register with ORACLE. It has been approximately two years since her accident and she has kept her crime fighting very low key as she tested her abilities.

Super Powers:
-Switchable(14)
Primary - Super Attribute Strength 6 ranks and switchable(+2), Body density and muscle enhancement she gets noticeably more muscular looking.
Secondary -Flight(+12) and switchable(+2), Manifests glowing orange feathered wings of light.

-Armor(7): 10 points of armor, 5 ranks, plus Heavy armor(+4), Requires Activation(-1), Slow to activate(-1), Modifies Body density to be incredibly resistant, causes Spectral orange light to flow from her eyes and her skin turns orange.
-Regeneration(2): 2 ranks(4), Contingent(-1) on Armor, Requires Activation(-1), An orange aura of light surrounds her as energy pours out from her to enhance cell repairs.

-Melee attack(9): 3 levels(+6) + stack-able(+2) + Heavy Weapon (+1), Fists or weapon become wreathed in spectral orange flames as her internal energy focuses to them for a more powerful attack.

-Ranged Attack(3): 1 level(+2) + 1 level Armor Piercing (+1), shards of flaming orange light shoot towards target.

Don't we have a max of 10 that we can spend on an individual power? Your switchable powers are 18 each.

I have taken "The Best There Is" as an edge which allows you to use Half rounded up of your total PP on any one power, your other powers are calculated by the one third as normal. Tim has pointed out a correction that Super Karma which grants 5 extra PP does not count toward the total per the rule book so I need to adjust that down but I can still put 15 into one instead of 10 per the best there is.

Okay, modified switchable to be 14 PP and adjusted strength accordingly. Lost a rank in melee and removed it's dependency. Used remaining points to create an Armor Piercing Ranged attack.

Also modified descriptor for her Armor to make it more noticeable and therefore impossible to leave on when not in costume if she wants to keep her identity secret.

Looks like both the toughness stat line and the Rank description on the armor power needs to be updated (you added more armor). Other than that, I think it looks good with the update.

Maybe include a stat line for toughness and parry when she's got her armor and shield on, for convenience?

If there isn't a second player who feels confident enough with the system to sign off on my character then I'll go the other way for mine, if nobody brings up any concerns by Sunday night I'm going to go ahead and call it approved.

Sounds good, just to clarify in case anyone is wondering, half my gear is straight from the book otherwise:
Riot Shield, Custom: Base cost from the book and I added on $50 because she customized it to look more medieval to match her sword.

Longsword, Carbon Steel: Again base cost from the book and doubled it so as to be made of modern carbon steel and made to withstand her strength over being sharp or light or anything. Generally things don't really break in the system unless someone is actively trying to break it but I figured it wouldn't make sense for someone who can lift cars to use a normal sword.

Voice Modulator: just a flavor thing I've offered to everyone based the price off of a midline real world modulator.
